Lisa joined TLT in 2015, having previously worked as a senior legal counsel for the Random House Group. She advises a wide range of media, technology, advertising and retail sector clients, including entertainment providers, creative agencies, publishers and technology companies.
Lisa provides strategic legal advice to clients where needed, leveraging her in-house experience and demonstrating her ability to quickly understand clients’ business needs. Lisa specialises in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, particularly those involving the treatment of intellectual property rights. She has extensive experience of assessing the creative and digital assets held by her clients, identifying the rights underlying such assets (such as copyright) and exploiting such rights to the clients' advantage through licensing and brand protection.
Lisa also advises in relation to technology service agreements, software licences, platform provider terms, digital and traditional media law issues and the use of social media for marketing and other purposes.
