David is an associate in the Employment team and joined TLT in 2015. He advises on all aspects of contentious and non-contentious employment law including redundancies, business re-organisations, disciplinary and grievance issues, family friendly rights, contracts of employment, policies and procedures and settlement agreements.
David has extensive experience of conducting Employment Tribunal litigation especially in relation to complex discrimination claims and appeals. He also has particular experience dealing with High Court Injunctions relating to breaches of restrictive covenants.
David speaks regularly at seminars and provides training to clients on all employment law issues.
